Ingredients:


Dry Ingredients

  • 2 large tomatoes seeded and finely chopped

  • 1 green onion finely chopped

  • a squeeze of lemon or lime juice

  • 1 green chilli finely chopped (optional)

  • a generous pinch of salt and pepper

  • a teaspoon of chopped mint leaves

To make Tomato and Onion Sambal, start by finely chopping 2 tomatoes and 1 onion.
