I'm Steve,
My friends call me Stevie
And I just love to cook, my favorite being Indian food. I have been dabbling with cooking ever since I was a young lad helping my mum on a Sunday morning with baking a cake and making traditional Sunday Roast Dinner. As the years moved on I developed a passion for spicy foods, Chili con Carne being some of the first spicy foods ever I tried, and then developing a taste for Indian food which became my passion. I now live in sunny old Cyprus where we get to experience the flavours of the Mediterranean with the freshest ingredients available. With this little project I will try to bring you some of my favourite dishes and recipes, hopefully you can enjoy them too....
